You play the role of an Egyptian archaeologist (actress Chiara Mastroianni) as
she searches for metropolis Atlantis built by the ancient Egyptians located near
a mysterious well. She is fascinated by the very existence of the lost city of
Atlantis because it is still undiscovered and is a long way from her native
Egypt.

 

 Along her journey she is befriended by a handsome Tuareg, a loner who
lost his family some years ago and decided to turn his back on the modern world
to live as his ancestors before him. Refusing to leave our beautiful heroine
alone in the desert, he decides to accompany her on her mysterious and dangerous
quest for the lost city. Atlantis III features extremely high quality graphics,
Myst-like scenes that can be viewed in 360 degrees, dozens of conundrums and
puzzles though mostly they aren't very hard. Overall, Atlantis III is very well
done adventure game that offers around 10-15 hours of playing without
frustrating moments. If you're a fan of Myst or if you liked previous Cryo's
Atlantis adventures then you will definetely like it. 

 

 install:
unrar
mount or burn
install from CD 1
(don't install the Scoll crap and DirectX 7 unless you really want them)
apply patch by doubleclicking ATL3_PATCH_1.01.exe and install it
mount/load CD 2
play

NOTE : as this is an older game: if it does niet run correctly in XP, try
setting compatibility of Atlantis3.exe to Windows 98/ME.
